Trent Voigt Founder & CEO

Trent Voigt is Chief Executive Officer of Jetpay Payment Services. The division of Jetpay Corporation began as a privately held company which was founded in 1999 by Trent. Trent is our industry leader – focusing his computer engineering background on seeking out new opportunities for growth and expansion while maintaining Jetpay’s standing as a payments technology leader.

Trent is well-known in the payments industry as an innovator and entrepreneur with decades of experience leading payments-related companies. Besides founding Jetpay, he held positions as CEO and President of Triumphant Enterprises Inc., an innovative third-party processor begun in 1990. He also served as Executive Vice President of Vectrix and Director of Engineering for National Business Systems. Early in his career he held several other computer engineering positions, working his way up to a senior level before beginning his entrepreneurial career.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Baylor University.

Reg Mills   Director, Finance & Operations

Reg Mills qualified as a chartered accountant in South Africa in 1967. He was a Senior Audit Clerk at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, then a financial accountant with Esso Petroleum. From 1968 to 1972 he was Company Secretary and Financial Controller of Dow Chemical (Africa). In 1972, he was transferred to Dow Chemical (UK) where he was Company Secretary and Treasurer.

In 1983, he left Dow to join Christian Salvesen as Group Financial Controller and Treasurer. He was part of the team responsible for floating the company on the London Stock Exchange. In 1985 he was asked to rejoin the Dow Group as Treasurer and Main Board Director of is subsidiary, Arbuthnot Latham Bank Ltd. He left the bank in 1987 when Dow decided to sell it and established ROM Associates Ltd, a high-level consultancy firm specialising in treasury and cash management. ROM has advised a number of public and private companies on such matters as corporate restructuring. In recent times a substantial portion of his work has involved providing advice and support to JPLLC both in the UK and in the USA.

Max Rutherford  Director, Marketing

Max Rutherford has worked in the Marketing Services sector since the 1980s – as a design & marketing principal then moving into the Digital & IT sector from the inception of the web in the 90s. He has created a number of small consultancies to provide support services to FTSE companies and global brands. His career has led him to supply digital consulting services to First Choice, TUI, Alfa Laval as well as well known FMCG/high street brands like Sony & Rowenta. More recently he has held senior programme roles in global digital agencies delivering brand marketing and $1m+ digital solutions for Ford, Blackberry, Audi, Volkswagen, Seat and Dyson.

Prior to joining JetPay Max worked as a Digital Programme Director for Deluxe Entertainment designing the user experience and delivering enterprise global desktop & tablet solutions for Bloomberg, Warner Brothers and the Dutch National Archive.

Max holds a BA Hons Degree in Graphic Design from Middlesex University.
